| 摘 要： | 关于财务管理的目标,主要观点有:利润最大化、每股盈余最大化、股东财富最大化、企业价值最大化。我国企业应当建立以企业价值最大化为导向的财务管理目标,并通过增大每期现金流量、降低综合资本成本、实现持续发展等途径来实现。

| Abstract: | The main viewpoints on goals of financial management are as follows: profit maximization,surplus maximization of each stock,stockholder wealth maximization,and company value maximization.Companies in our country should based on the goals of financial management oriented towards company value maximization,the goals can be achieved by increasing currency flow,cutting down the overall cost of capital,and realizing sustained development. |
