| Abstract: | The author thinks China governor' s ability of macro - adjustment and control must be enhanced. Only shifting the focus of absorbing foreign funds to obtaining technology we can utilize the funds, technology and managing experience of transnational corporations and eliminate the unfavourable influence of transnational corporations' investment. |
