历史新课程与教师角色的转变

摘    要:随着基础教育课程改革的深入,教师角色的转变成为人们日益关注的问题。课堂教学是全面实施素质教育的重要渠道,而教师又是课堂教学的关键。本文围绕教师角色转变这一核心,思考了在新的教育理念的号召下教师角色的几种基本转变形式:一、由“演员”变为学生学习的“导演”;二、由“权威”变成学生学习的“朋友”;三、有时甚至要做“学生的学生”。指出了只有改变过去以教师为教学主体的观念,真正发挥学生的主体作用,才能把素质教育落实到实处,从而真正培养出创造型的科技人才。

Abstract:With the deep development of the basic course reform,the change of teacher's role becomes a problem which people pay more and more attention to.Classroom teaching is a important way of completely carrying out quality education,and teachers play the most important part in classroom teaching. In this essay,whose main point is the changing role of teachers,I summarize several basic changing form of the teacher's role,which is fit for the new educational idea.Teachers should change their roles as following:from"actor"to"director";from"authority"to"friend"sometimes even;form "teacher" to "student".
