| 摘 要： | 在体育教学和训练中，重视安全教育，防止运动损伤的发生，是保障学生身心健康和顺利完成教学任务的一项重要措施.本文从体育教学理论的角度，揭示运动损伤发生的一般规律，并提出预防性措施，旨在使体育教学和课外活动的管理工作更趋合理和完善.

| Abstract: | In the physical teaching and training,paying attention to safety education and preventing from the harm of sports are very important measures,to guarantee the students' health and to finish the teaching task.In the view of physical teaching theory to discover the general rules of sports harm, a few of preventive measures are put forward,which will make the administration of physical education and outside class action more reasonable. |
