| 摘 要： | 篮球运动作为非隔网的同场对抗的集体项目,提高学生在对抗中施展技、战术能力,是我们教学的最终目的。通过将“四人制”比赛法纳入篮球专项课的教学过程。经过实验对比表明,运动强度及基本战术的掌握和运用等方面的效果,“四人制”比赛都更优于“三人制”比赛,更适合作为篮球专项课中的教学手段之一。

| Abstract: | As a mass non net competition in same place ,our education aim in basketball sport is to raise the technology and basic tactics aglities.Through application of"four persons"basketball competition in basketball competition ,we get very good result in master and apply lf basic tactics "four persons" baskerball competition is likely more suitable in basketball education than "three persons" baskerball competition. |
