惠州城市文化竞争力问题的几点思考

文化竞争力在城市综合竞争力要素中占有重要地位,产生重要作用。通过综合考察惠州文化竞争力的现状,认为制约惠州城市综合竞争力的主要因素在于文化竞争力不强。因此,对增强惠州文化竞争力提出四点政策建议:一是在城市文化发展过程中应注重规划性;二是加强对惠州地方史的研究;三是组织力量对惠州人文社会科学课题集体攻关;四是对“东江文化”为主体的“四东文化”作专深探讨,重点梳理出爱国主义传统精神。

Thought of the Cultural Competition of Huizhou City

Cultural competition plays an important role in the over-all competition of a city. Through the study of the present situation of Huizhou scultural competition, it is assumed that the major factor which limits the over-all competition of Huizhou is the weak cultural competition, Thus, four suggestions for the improvement of the cultural competion of Huizhou are given. 1. Focus on the planning in the course of cultural development of a city; 2. Strengthen the study of the local history of Huizhou; 3. Gather the power for the study of human social subjects about Huizhou; 4. Make a deep study on "Four Dong" culture.
