中长跑运动员速度训练方法与手段探析

摘    要:为探讨中长跑运动员速度训练方法与手段,采用综合分析法、逻辑分析法对中长跑运动进行研究。研究认为:决定中长跑专项运动成绩的主要因素有速度、速度耐力和力量水平,而速度耐力的基础是速度素质,速度储备直接决定着速度耐力。只有具备很高的速度储备,才能更好地发挥运动成绩。树立"以速度为核心"的训练思想,是未来中长跑训练的发展趋势。

Abstract:In order to discuss middle-long distance running athletesspeed training methods,with literature review and comprehensive analysis researching,hod of points speed,speed endurence and strengh level are the decisive factors for the middle-long distance running achievement.The basis of speed endurance is speed quality;speed reserve decided the speed endurance.Only by being high speed reserve,can do better the sports achievement.Setting up the training thought of "speed is core" is the development tendency of middle-long running training.
