酪酪肽与肥胖（综述）

肥胖与许多慢性疾病的发生密切相关,导致其发生的根本原因是能量摄入和代谢失衡。随着对肥胖治疗和研究的不断深入,人们发现了一种与肥胖密切相关的胃肠道激素—酪酪肽（PYY）。酪酪肽主要是由胃肠道粘膜L细胞分泌的一种新的胃肠激素,具有抑制摄食、增加能量消耗、抑制胰岛素分泌的作用。通过对酪酪肽的分布、功能、酪酪肽与肥胖的关系、运动减肥对酪酪肽的影响及其机制的研究,进一步明确酪酪肽的作用途径,为预防和治疗肥胖提供理论参考。

Review of the Relationship Between Peptide Tyrosine Tyrosine and Obesity

Obesity is closely related to many happening of the chronic diseases, the root cause of which is energy intake and unbalanced metabolism. As the unceasingly thorough research and treatment of obesity, the gastrointestinal hormones-peptide tyrosine tyrosine （PYY）, which is closely related to obesity, was found. PYY, a new kind of gastrointestinal hormones, is mainly secreted by peptide gastrointestinal mueosa L cells, functioning as inhibiting feeding, increased energy expenditure and weight reduction. This paper reviewed distribution and function of PYY, association of PYY and obesity, the influence and mechanism of exercise and weight loss to PYY to further define its action mechanism and provide theoretical foundation for the prevention and treatment of obesity.
