| Abstract: | The cultivation of vocational ability will have a significant impact on students＇ career development and lifelong development. It＇s of vital significance to strengthen the vocational capacity training among technical school students. This article probes into the ways and methods of cultivating the vocational ability from six aspects： changing ideas, professional construction, cooperation between colleges and vocational guidance, practice and evaluation system. |
