| 摘 要： | 高校是培养知识分子的重要场所，是广大青年学生求学的神圣殿堂，也是为国家培养各种科技人才的摇篮，维护高校公共安全关系到整个国家与社会的长远发展。新时期构建高校公共安全机制极其重要，不仅能够保障和谐的校园秩序与治校模式，而且能够为营造和谐的学术环境与人文氛围提供保证。然而，影响高校公共安全的诸多隐患任然存在，因此，新时期必须构建维护高校公共安全的新机制。

| Abstract: | College is the important place to cultivate intellectuals,is the holy hall for students to seek knowledge,and is the cradle to cultivate various talents for the country.Maintaining college security is related to the stability of the whole society.Nowadays,Building college security mecha-nism can not only ensure harmonious campus order and manage mode,but also creat academic envi-ronment and humanity atmosphere. |
