| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育存在层次不合理的问题，表现为层次比例没有适应好大众化发展的趋势，层次结构与我国经济发展所需人才结构不相适应，也没有形成合理分工、有机结合的层次内部关系。要提高我国高等教育的质量，就必须针对这些问题进行改革争调整。

| Abstract: | There are problems of unreasonable levels in China's higher education, displayed as the level proportion not adjusting to the development trend of mass education, the level structure not accommodating the talent structure which is needed by China's economy development, a reasonable level interior relation not being forming either. To promote the equality of China's higher education, we must work out solutions or adjustmeats to the problems. |
