原子吸收法测定钢中微量镍的条件选择探讨

摘    要:文章探讨了用日立Z-8000原子吸收光谱仪测定钢中微量镍时燃烧器高度的选择问题。日立Z-8000原子吸收光谱仪测定某种元素时,微机会自动选择测试条件,但在实际检测中,由于影响和干扰分析测定的因素很多,往往微机所给出的测定条件不一定是最佳的,因此在用日立Z-8000原子吸收光谱仪测定某种元素时需要通过实验来确定一些重要的测定条件,以保证分析结果的准确可靠。

Abstract:Selection of burner height in determining trace nickel in steel was investigated with Hitachi Z-8000 atomic absorption spectrograph. In actual determination with Hitachi Z-8000 absorption spectrograph, the conditions automatically given by computer are not always the optimal because of some factors. Therefore, some important measuring conditions need to be determined by experiment to obtain accurate results.
