口腔中奋森氏螺旋体与临床症状的分析

目的观察大学生口腔中奋森氏螺旋体的检出率及其临床症状.方法750名健康大学生,取牙垢涂片、革兰氏染色及镜检,自1992年起,每年检查80～120人.结果口腔奋森氏螺旋体的检出率平均为33.2%,自1997年以来检出率显著降低.螺旋体感染严重者,牙龈出血、肿痛、口臭等症状的出现率也高.结论口腔中的奋森氏螺旋体具有一定的致病性,近年来大学生口腔中奋森氏螺旋体的检出率显著下降,可能与口腔卫生及营养状况改善有关,这对减少牙周病的发生有所裨益.

Analysis on the relation between borreliavicenti in oral cavity and clinical symptom

Objective: To examine the status of borrelia vincenti in oral cavity and its relation with clinical symptoms in collegians. Methods: 750 healthy collegians were included in this study. Borrelia vincenti in odontolith was examined after Gram's staining. 80 to 120 collegians were examined every year from 1992. Results: The seen rate of borrelia vincenti was 33.2% in average. After 1997, this rate appeared to be decreasing compared with those of former years. The showed rates of gum hemorrhage, swelling and pain, and foul breath were higher when serious infection of borrelia vencenti existed. Conclusion: Borrelia vincenti in oral cavity may play a pathogenic role in oral disease. Improving oral health and nutrition seems to be the reason for the seen rate decreasing of borrelia vincenti.
