摘    要:指出学校体育教育目标达到或超越是以教育者的事业心和业务素质作为前提的,如果说事业心怀有一种美好的愿望的话,那么过硬的业务素质则是为实现这美好愿望不可或缺的重要工具,业务素质要求我们除了有熟练的教学技术、技能和基本知识以外,还要求我们对整个体育教育体系有一个科学的理念意识和觉醒,崇高的愿望必须以科学的理论为前提.

Abstract:This article points out that the attainment or exceeding of the PE standard in schools has much to do with teachers' dedication and their professional knowledge. If they have a good will to offer their dedication, the professional quality will naturaly become a must in realizing the good will. Besides excellent teaching skills, techniques and basic knowledge, the professional quality requires that they should be aware of the scentific concept in the whole PE system, and the noble wish must depend on the scientific theory.
