| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来中国宅基地法制建设取得了明显的绩效,但也存在不少问题。因此,在改革与完善中国农村宅基地法律制度过程中须采取以下对策:建立健全宅基地法律法规体系;加强和完善宅基地管理的执法体制和手段建设;加强法制宣传,提高宅基地管理人员及农民的自觉守法意识。

| Abstract: | China's rural homestead law system construction has achieved much since the country's reform and opening-up,yet there are some problems to be dealt with.To reform and fix China's homestead legislation,we suggest perfecting the system of rural homestead laws and statutes,building the execution system for rural homestead management,reinforcing the publicity of the laws to enhance the law abiding consciousness of the administrators and villagers. |
