| Abstract: | The violence in family is an outstranding harmfull appearance in domestic marriage territory at recent years,and its events present in rising trend,and can not be negligible for us.It is hard to resist the violence in family and the comprehensive social administration is required.The rule by law is the most thorough measure to resist the violence in family,so we wish the relevant legislation will early be realized. |
