| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的发展和计算机网络的普及，图书馆调查读者信息的方式也多种多样，目前基于网络的调查方式主要有：E—mail、在线调查、数据库统计、Web挖掘等。文章分析了各方式的特点以及影响调查效果的因素，并提出了解决问题的对策。

| Abstract: | With the development of information technology and the popularization of computer network,there are various approaches for libraries to investigate readers'information.Currently,the main web-based investigating mode includes E-mail,on-line investigation,database-based statistic,web mining etc.This paper analyses the characteristic of each approach and the factors which can influence the investigation result.Finally,solution of these problem has been given. |
