| 摘 要： | 视频会议技术集通信技术、计算机技术和视听技术于一体,为我们提供了将图像、声音等资料进行异地双向传输的最佳手段。本文讨论了目前用于IP网络的多媒体视频会议标准的结构、控制协议和协作机制,详细分析了国际电讯联盟(ITU-T)H.323多媒体会议标准,并介绍典型的远程教育视频会议系统应用方案。

| Abstract: | Videoconferencing technology which incorporates the communication, computer, visual and audio technology, has provided us the best means in the two-way transmission of picture and audio. This article discusses the architecture, control protocols and coordination mechanisms used in current multimedia conferencing standards for IP networks. Specifically, the ITU-T's H.323 multimedia conferencing standards are discussed, and also a typical application of distance education videoconferencing system is introduced. |
