| Abstract: | This paper mainly deals with the preparation of chitosan made from various raw materials. The chitosan, together with chloracetic acid , can be synthesized into N-carboxymethyl chitosan . It also studies the reactive condition and the absorptive power of the product to Cr(VI) ion ,therefore attaining the goal of improving the properties of chitosan. |
