| 摘 要： | 近几年来 ,农民收入增长放慢 ,成为影响农业发展和农村稳定的根本问题。尤其是加入WTO后 ,农民收入的增加更面临许多困难。如何化解不利因素 ,增加农民收入 ,将是一个敏感的问题 ,文章试图作出若干思考。
