| Abstract: | The entry into WTO will necessarily have a far-reaching effect on many fields in our country,such as politics,economy,culture and social life,etc,as well as bring great impact on the public security.In Census management,census migration system has been impacted badly.How to positively adapt to such a new situation?The key is to cancel the system of dual census register and realize the freedom of population movement. |
