论农村基层党建工作滞后的原因及其对策

党的农村基层组织是党在农村全部工作和战斗力的基础 ,是农村各种组织和各项工作的领导核心 ,没有这个基础和核心 ,农业和农村工作的深化改革就难以进行。而目前我国农村基层党建工作之现状却不令人乐观 ,需采取各种有力措施 ,大力加强农村基层党建工作。

On the Reasons and Countermeasures of Rural Party Construction

Party organizations at primary level in the countryside is the basis of all rural work and combat effectiveness. It is also the leading center of every rural organization. Without the basis and center, we'll find it difficult to go on carrying out the reform policy. Whereas, rural Party organizations at the primary level are not so good. We have to take every effort to strengthen it.
