| 摘 要： | 通过对中英建筑技术法规中建筑条例和建筑技术准则,两个层次的编制和管理方面进行比较分析,阐述了中英两国建筑技术法规和标准的特点和区别,并对我国建筑技术法规和标准的编制提出了相应建议.

| Abstract: | Through carrying out contrastive analysis of two levels regulations and management on construction ordinances and its technology regulations in Anglo-Chinese Construction Technology laws,the paper sets forth the characteristics and the differences of Anglo-Chinese construction technology laws and the standard,and puts forward the corresponding proposal to our country's construction technology laws and the standard regulations. |
