| Abstract: | It' s well Known that if we expect to train and foster large numbers of qualified and compound tal-ents of foreign languages in the new century, there must be a contingent of college teachers of foreign languages, which should have the proper numbers , reasonable structure , better politic and professional qualifies, full ener-gy. The tecahers play an important role in the whole social construction and training qualified and compound tal-ents. |
