| 摘 要： | 我国刑事侦查程序中对犯罪嫌疑人的权利保护十分薄弱，其原因主要是法律对侦查权缺乏必要的限制。我国应当从立法上完善侦查程序，以加强对犯罪嫌疑人的权利保护。
