| 摘 要： | 宪法是治国安邦的总章程 ,宪法的稳定是社会稳定的基础。宪法修改是国家政治生活中的一件非常严肃的大事。宪法的适时修改与维护宪法的稳定并不矛盾。本文以马克思主义宪法哲学为指导 ,分析宪法变化发展的一般原因 ,并对我国宪法修改的原因进行研究 ,且对如何处理好宪法修改与宪法稳定的关系及完善我国宪法进行必要探讨

| Abstract: | Constitution is a general charte r to govern a country. Constitutional maintenance accounts for social stability. C onstitutional amendment is very serious and important in the political life of a country. There is no contradiction between the timely constitutional amendment and maintenance. The writing, adopting Marxist constitutional philosophy as a gu ideline, analyzes common causes for constitutional amendment, studies the causes for our constitutional amendment, and explores how to deal with a relation betw een constitutional maintenance and amendment and how to perfect our constitution . |
