摘    要:随着英语教学改革的深入,听力教学越来越受到重视。学生虽然进行了大量听力训练,但听力理解能力始终上不去;有时候学生理解了听力材料的字面意思,却无法体会其内涵。美国哲学家格莱斯提出,在人们交际过程中,出于不同目的,人们常会使用带有会话含义的句子,不直接表达真实意思而往往通过暗含之意,即会话含义表达思想。因此,将会话含义理论应用到听力教学中,能为听力教学开辟新思路,有助于学生听力理解能力的提高。

Abstract:Listening is more and more important with the reform of listening teaching. Many linguists are trying to find some effective methods to improve the teaching methods. But it is far away from the results. During the process we find that the students can' t understand the implied meaning of listening materials, which is call conversational implicature. It is raised by Grice. He thinks in many cases, people convey their implied meanings. Understanding these implied meaning is very important to improve the listening abilities.
