大学英语教学管理激励机制探究

摘    要:大学英语教学成效取决于教与学的双向互动。文章通过分析大学英语教师与学生需求,对大学英语教学管理激励机制的建立作了初步的探究,指出它是一个循环系统,这个循环系统要发生作用,就要将教师的需要和学生的需要统一起来,建立教与学的共同愿景,建立以学生英语应用能力的提高来评估教师工作能力的评估奖惩激励机制。这一机制的建立,应遵循效率与公平平衡的原则,力求人性化与制度化的动态平衡,综合应用行政激励、典型激励、荣誉激励、组织文化激励等各种措施,形成一个多维度多层次的激励机制。
