| 摘 要： | 通过分析目前市场上一种步进马达式可调光衰减器的主要缺陷,如机械结构复杂、机加工难度大、加工成本高、装配精度难保证等,提出了一种新的改进方案.文章详细介绍了该新方案中的电压反馈部分、光强衰减功能部分以及整体机械结构的改进措施.实验证明,产品经改进优化后,其主要性能指标有不同程度的提高,物料成本降低60%.
