步进马达式光衰减器的结构改进

摘    要:通过分析目前市场上一种步进马达式可调光衰减器的主要缺陷,如机械结构复杂、机加工难度大、加工成本高、装配精度难保证等,提出了一种新的改进方案.文章详细介绍了该新方案中的电压反馈部分、光强衰减功能部分以及整体机械结构的改进措施.实验证明,产品经改进优化后,其主要性能指标有不同程度的提高,物料成本降低60%.

Abstract:The main defects of an available variable optical attenuator for stepping motor were analyzed,which included complex mechanical structure,high process cost and difficulty in machining and assembling.A new way to improve electrical variable optical attenuator(EVOA) structure was proposed.The new voltage feedback part and optical attenuator function part were described along with the overall structural improvement measures.The results indicate that the performance of the optimized EVOA is greatly improved wit...
