| 摘 要： | 后金融危机时代的大学生就业形势逐渐好转,中国经济的高速发展更为农科大学生就业提供了良好机遇。产业结构的优化和发展模式的改变又对高等农业院校的人才培养及质量提出了更高要求,高校必须坚持科学定位,加强内涵建设,发挥优势和特色,不断创新人才培养模式,使学校培养的人才在类型、结构等方面更贴近社会的需要。
