| 摘 要： | "忠实"是传统的翻译标准之一,近年来很多学者依据解构主义和"创造性叛逆"思想对作为翻译标准的"忠实"提出了质疑。但对解构翻译观和"创造性叛逆"思潮进行考据与反思之后可以发现,这两种思想并未颠覆"忠实"在翻译中的的重要地位,"忠实"作为翻译标准仍有存在的价值与意义。在新的时代背景下,"忠实"标准要求译者以平等的姿态面对原作,灵活、能动地忠实于原文"意旨",应该在更高更新的层次上实现"忠实"标准。
