| 摘 要： | 根据世界科学活动中心与高等教育中心的相关研究所提供的准则,法国是18世纪下叶到19世纪上叶的世界科教活动中心。在法国走上高等教育强国历程中,精英技术教育理念起了决定性的作用。精英技术教育理念以科学体制化为基础,以高等专科学校为载体,培养科学理论深厚的精英工程师。19世纪下叶起,法国在反思精英技术教育、科学研究与教育分离的基础上,开始了以德国大学为标杆、以扩大大学自主权为核心的复兴高等教育的梦想。
