| Abstract: | This article analyzed the necessity of building a Mobile Phone Archives based on investigating the concepts of 3G phone and Mobile Phone Archives.And then put forward the strategy of building Mobile Phone Archives from the archival resources,services and technical condition support. At last,it also prospected the future of mobile phone archives. |
