浅谈大众化阶段精英教育的理性回归

大众化教育与精英教育并行发展是未来我国高等教育的主要发展方向,精英教育的回归不是要求大众化教育阶段退回到精英教育阶段。精英教育和大众教育互为依托、相辅相存、不可偏废。精英教育的回归应走内涵方式发展的道路,着力提高精英教育机构的办学水平和办学质量。大众化时期加强精英教育必须采取切实有力的措施。

On Reasonable Regression of Elite Education at Popular Stage

The equal development of popularizing education and elite education is the major direction of China's higher-education development and the regressi on of elite education doesn't require that popularizing-education stage should go back to elite-education stage. Both popularizing education and elite educati on depend on and supplement each other, and each can't ignore the other. The reg ression of elite education can develop in a connotative way and puts more effort s to schooling level and quality of elite-education organizations which must ta ke workable measures to strengthen elite education in the poplar period.
