关于建设高等教育强国的若干问题

我国是发展中的社会主义大国,面对经济全球化带来的激烈竞争和建设创新型国家的要求,必须建设高等教育强国。与此同时,改革开放30年来积累的强大经济实力,我国高等教育的大改革和大发展,经济社会发展的实际需要,为我们建设高等教育强国奠定了坚实的基础。建设高等教育强国,必须建立科学的高等教育质量评估体系,构建合理的高等教育结构体系,改革创新科学研究管理体制和机制,加大多方面的教育投入,加强教师队伍和管理队伍建设,并加强教育科学研究,创新教育理念。

China is a big developing country of socialism.In the face of the fierce competition by economic globalization and the demand of building innovative country,we must construct a powerful country in higher education.At the same time,strong economic power accumulated during thirty years of reform and opening,big reform and development of higher education of our country,practical demand of development of our economic and society,lay foundations for our constructions of a powerful country in higher education.To construct a powerful country in higher education,we must build scientific system of higher education evaluation and reasonable system of higher education structure,reform and innovate management system of scientific research,increase all-round higher education investment,enhance faculty and management staff building,strengthen education research,innovate education ideas.
