开放教育法学专业实践教学的实施策略

现代远程开放教育以现代教育技术为基础，以培养应用型专业人才为目标，“中央电大人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”法学专业是理论性和实践性较强的专业，加强实践教学是实现专业培养目标的一条重要途径。本文结合湘潭电大4年来在开放教育实践性教学方面所进行的研究探索，阐述了对法学专业实践教学的认识和效果。
