| 摘 要： | 培养大学生集体归属感有利于增强学生社会适应能力,也有利于学生的成长和发展,这也是高校政治教育中的重要组成部分。文章沿着大学新生入学到毕业生就业整个进程,深入探讨培养集体归属感的紧迫性和重要意义,并从教育,感化,实践三方面提出建立大学生集体归属感的意见,以求解决大学生缺失归属感的问题。
