| 摘 要： | 律师制度的产生与发展受到政治、经济、文化、法律等多方面因素的影响,其中,经济制度起着决定性的作用,而商品经济(市场经济)是律师制度产生与发展的原动力。从经济制度的层面审视律师制度是律师学研究的一个重要方法,也是丰富和完善律师学基础理论体系的一个重要视角。

| Abstract: | Lawyer system's coming into being and development has been affected by many factors such as politics,economy,culture,law,etc,among which economic system has played a decisive role,and commodity economy(market economy) has been the impulsion of it.To survey lawyer's system from the lay of economic system is an important way to research lawyer's system and a significant perspective to enrich and perfect the basic system info of the study of lawyer. |
