摘    要:学习化社会背景下,学校职业指导呈现出诸多缺憾,如内涵辨析不清、理论研究不足、层级呼应不畅、主体意识不明等。适应学习化社会的学校职业指导功能取向主要在于由阶段、单一、分离的指导指向全过程、全面、有机结合的指导,由追求功利性指向追求人生发展,由教育灌输式指向彰显学习者主体地位,由适应性学习指向研究性学习。

Abstract:In the background of learning society, there appear many regrets in school professional guidance, such as the differentiation of connotation isn't clear, theory research is insufficient, the lack of linkage between different levels, principal consciousness isn't evident. The function tropism of school professional guidance adaptable to learning society mainly consists in transforming staggered, single and detached guidance to whole process, complete and effectively combinative guidance, transforming the pursuit of material gain to life development, transforming the mode of educational indoctrination to exhibition of principal status of learners, transforming adaptable learning to acquisitive learning.
