| 摘 要： | 高校建立新闻发言人制度,目的是为了创造一个公正、公开、透明的新闻发布环境,规范高校内部重大新闻的发布,搭建互通互动的信息平台,完善各项工作机制,成为高校与社会沟通的重要桥梁,是高校制度创新与机制创新重要体现,有利于推进社会主义政治文明建设。

| Abstract: | The establishment of spokesman system in the institutes of higher learning aims at creating a fair and open environment for news release, standardizing the important news release within the school, setting up an information organization of interaction and perfecting all working mechanism, which will function as the bridge between colleges and the society. It is an important manifestation of the creation in college systems and mechanism and will benefit the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. |
