| 摘 要： | 德治与德育互相依赖,互相促进,不可分割,两者在当代中国社会主义市场经济建设、个人健康成长、国家繁荣稳定等方面具有重要价值。德治与法治有机结合的治国方略和“三个代表”重要思想的确立为中国共产党跳出传统德治与德育开创新型德治与德育提供了最重要的武器。

| Abstract: | It is dependent,helpful each other and unseparable between rule of virtue and moral education.They are of great value to construction of socialist market-oriented economy,individual healthy growth,national prosperity and stability in contemporary China.The establishment of the general ruling plan integrating organically rule-of-law with rule-of-virtue and the Thought of Three Represents provides the CCP the two most important weapons to leap over the Chinese traditional rule-of-virtue and moral education turn to a new type ones. |
