德治与开放—简论李大钊的图书馆改革思想与实践

李大钊不仅是马克思主义在中国的最早传播者，而且是近代大学图书馆事业的拓荒者，他在担任北京大学图书馆主任期间，坚持马克思主义价值观，为图书馆建设宫造了优良的道德环境，培育了毛泽东，邓中夏等一批早期共产党人，他坚持科学与民主精神，学习和研究国内外是的图书馆管理技术，以坚定的革命信念和开放情怀，推进了近代图书馆事业的改革。

Rule of Virtue and Opeing--A Brief Opinion about the Ideas and Practice on Library Bequeathed by Li Da-zhao

Being not only the earliest propagator of Marxism in China, but also one of pioneers in the cause of modern academic libraties, Li Da zhao insisted on Marxist values and constructed an excellent moral atmosphere in the library of Beijing University where he was a director. It was here that a group of early communists, such as Mao Ze dong, Deng Zhong xia and others, were reared for our country. Having a firm onviction of revolutionary and opening feelings he remained a scientific and democratic attitude, introduced and studied the advanced technology of manegement for the library so as to push ahead with the reforms in the libraties of our country.
