福建省高校体育教师队伍的现状调查研究

采用文献法、调查法、统计法,对福建省高校体育教师队伍的现状进行了较全面的调查。研究结果表明:当前福建省高校体育教师队伍存在着职称结构、学历结构、专项结构、学缘结构不尽合理,计算机水平、外语水平、裁判水平和科研水平明显偏低的现象。指出加强职后教育,提升高校体育教师整体水平是十分必要的。

To Probe into the Present Situation of Fujian Province''s Colleges and Universities'' P.E. Teachers'' Team

The paper researches the present situation of Fujian province's colleges and universities' P.E.teachers' team by means of documentary,investigation,mathematical statisticss.The research result shows that the structure of the teachers' technical title,record of schooling,specialty and the resource are unreasonable,the level of the teachers' operating computer,English,referee and scientific research are lower.It's necessary to put forward to strengthen educating so as to raise the whole level of colleges and universities' P.E.teachers.
