国内外乐观主义研究热点探析

在最近几十年的心理学研究中,乐观主义已经成为西方积极心理学的核心概念和研究热点。国内外学者对于乐观的研究主要集中在乐观与个体身心健康、乐观与主观幸福感、乐观与自尊、乐观与人格等的关系上,同时对于乐观主义的测评也成为了学者们研究的重点。但目前国内对于乐观主义的研究更多的还是停留在探讨乐观与健康、人格、主观幸福感等方面的相关性研究上,对于如何在生活中培养人们的乐观主义精神,以更好的提高生活质量,尚缺乏比较有说服力的实证研究。
