民办高校师资队伍的和谐构建研究初探

中国的民办高等教育在改革开放的30年间再次发展起来，并在“十一五”期间得到了飞速发展，全国民办高等院校在推进高等教育大众化、促进教育公平、服务地方经济发展、提高国民素质等诸多方面都做出了贡献。经过国家、地方政府以及民办高等院校自身的努力，正在良性循环中不断的提高。一所大学想要为社会培养高素质的人才，就必须要保障教学质量，民办高等院校的教育质量是学校发展的生命线，而教师整体水平和综合素质的高低则是决定教学质量优劣的关键。

A Preliminary Approach to the Research on the Harmo-nious Construction of Teaching Staff in Private Colleges

China＇s private higher education renewed along with the reform and opening up during the past three decades, and achieved a rapid development during the ＂11th five-year plan＂. Private colleges around China have made contributions to facili-tating the popularization of higher education, promoting education fairness, serving local economic development, and improving the people＇s quality. Through the efforts of the country, local govern-ments and private colleges themselves, private colleges are con-tinuously developing in a positive cycle. To provide high-quality talents for the society, a college must ensure its teaching quality. Education quality is the lifeline for the development of private colleges, while it is determined by the teachers＇ overall level and comprehensive quality.
