健康成本论

人口健康是社会发展的内在驱动力，社会的可持续发展需要有效资源的合理配置。在现行制度安排下，公共政策的制定应考虑人口健康的长期社会边际成本和长期社会边际收益。特别是在我国目前加快城镇化步伐的过程中，政府和个人都应做出理性的选择，才能使健康保健政策具有科学发展观。

Discussion on the Cost of Health

The health of population is the intrinsic motive force of the development of society. It is necessary to rational dispose effective resources for a sustainable development of society. Under the system in force, to formulate a public policy must consider the marginal cost and marginal profits about the health of population. Especially, with the urbanization processing in China, the government and/or an individual should make the intellectual choices and a scientific developing standpoint is very important for the policy of health care.
