| 摘 要： | 舞龙运动作为我国优秀的民族传统体育项目，在我国有着悠久的历史和广泛的群众基础，它已经渗透到中国社会的各个领域，成为一种文化的凝聚和积淀。经过社会大众的不断创造和逐步完善，中国舞龙正在朝着竞技化方向快速发展，并为越来越多的国人和世人所接纳和喜爱。舞龙运动不仅对中华文化与世界文化的交流起到了促进作用，而且对世界体育的发展产生了积极的影响。文章通过解读舞龙运动的技术风格，以进一步增进人们对舞龙运动的了解与认识。

| Abstract: | As our excellent traditional sports project, Dragon Dance has a long history and extensive mass basis in China. It has been over Chinese society in all areas as a culture of solidarity and accumulation. With gradually created and improved, Chinese Dragon Dance has rapidly developed towards competition and socialization, and be accepted and loved by more and more people. Dragon Dance, not only boosts the cultural exchange of China and other counties, but also has a positive effect on the development of world sports. Explanations of the technology style and social value will further enhance understanding of Chinese Dragon Dance. |
