| 摘 要： | 彩和纳氏试剂光度法测定水中氨氮含量时，显色时间与环境温度对测定结果有决定性的影响。分析结果表明，在西宁地区，最佳显色时间为１０－３０，最佳温度为２０－２５℃。 |
