| Abstract: | The teaching of stereoisomerism is full of difficulties in organic chemistry and students are often ambiguous to some concepts of them. Chiral elements and the order regulations of functional group size are explained detailedly with the analysis and discussion of the chemical change between reactant configurations and reaction symbols(R or S) as well as the difference of the two concepts between stereoselective and stereospecific. |
