| 摘 要： | 罪犯人权保障包括罪犯人权的政治保障、法律保障、经济和社会保障、文化和思想保障；我国罪犯人权保障工作也有了很大进步，但仍存在很多问题。我们应通过允许罪犯与律师接触，建立巡视员制度，建立诉冤机制等进一步健全罪犯人权保障制度。

| Abstract: | The criminal human right guarantee system consists of the political consists of the political, law, economic, social, cultural and ideological guarantees. We have made great achievements in the criminal human right guaratee,but it still exists a lot of problems.We should allow the criminal and lawyer contact, establish tour the member system, build up complaining of injustice the mechanism etc. and further sound criminal human rights guarantee system. |
